The breakfast was sensational and had something for everyone, the team provided an incredible service, and the orange juice was particularly nice and very soft.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me with its value for money. Despite not being a full-service luxury hotel, the attention to detail and the friendly staff made me feel like I was getting more than what I paid for.
No major issues or areas for improvement.

The location of this small hotel is fantastic, its very close to the Rialto, shops and St Marks Square. The room was very clean and had air con aswell
The staires are steep and our room was on the top floor, it was tough work on the legs especially when taking the luggage up as the staires are narrow too, due to the age and design of the building there is no lift. The breakfast is not worth it. A selection of pre packed breakfast food/snacks, terrible coffee and dry food. I would recommend eating out instead

The receptionists were extremely friendly, efficient, and willing to help.
The hotel is old, narrow, small, but cosy and clean. I would not recommend it to those who have problems using stairs.

My stay at the Lanterna Di Marco Polo was absolutely perfect. The location was superb, just a short walk from the Grand Canal and Piazza San Marco. The authentic atmosphere and style of the hotel added to the charm of my visit. The breakfast in the cafe next door was delicious, with warm croissants and tasty coffee. The staff, especially receptionist Anna, were extremely hospitable and helpful. The value for money was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

The biggest highlight of our stay at Lanterna Di Marco Polo was the warm and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant visit, providing us with helpful recommendations and instructions throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also perfect, situated in the heart of Venice just minutes away from major attractions like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. Despite being in the center, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and ideal location.

The hotel was in discount , the price and quality was perfect! Still a good hotel nice clean and nice decoreted room. Very close to the boat station , grande canal and S. marco ;)
No elevator and I bit hard to find, I arrived late and there was no one in the reception, so you gave to go to the restaurant On the side and ask for the keys. If you didnt see the sign saying that you are lost. But still a good small town feeling ;) and the italian breakfast , only sweet things and coffe. I didnt like.

Location is excellent and easy to find from Rialto. Room was ok, enough space and silent even it was on "street" side. Aircondition worked well.
Breakfast cappucino from automate is far from good italian coffee. Why not to utilize coffee shop next door. We did that secnod morning.

The service provided by the staff is helpful and attentive, making sure guests have all the information and recommendations they need to make the most of their stay. The rooms, with their classic Venice decor, are well-maintained and kept clean. Additionally, the breakfast, which is included in the price, provides a good start to the day with a variety of options and a nice cup of coffee or tea.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.
